Equestrian Center…the state of the art equestrian center/Ali 2 Stables will feature a fully-staffed horse complex with stables, boarding stables, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, lots of pastures and riding trails and also will be operated by a trusted independent company. Residents will be able to have access to their horses without having to leave the comfort of Portofino.
Portofino's Clubhouse...a spacious facility with banquet room, kitchen, wet bar and indoor and outdoor fireplaces will be the perfect place for residents to connect with their neighbors or simply spend a quiet evening with family and friends. The clubhouse will be complete with fine finishes including windows and doors imported from Germany.
Swimming pool...the beach-entry pool offers a beach style entry making it the ideal location for younger children as the water gradually deepens.
